Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed in rooms but not in public areas such as the restaurant, swimming pool, beach and hall.
Who is the owner of the hotel? What chain does it belong to?
The Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni doesn’t belong to any chain of hotels. It has belonged to the Bucher family for three generations. The current owner is Gianfranco Bucher.
What type of breakfast is served?
We offer buffet breakfast in the restaurant: Corn flakes, eggs, sausages, juices, fresh fruit, marmelade, coffee and tea; or continental breakfast as room service: croissant, butter, marmelade, coffee and tea.
How late is dinner served until in the evening?
We accept dinner orders until 10 pm

What is the dress code?
The jacket is compulsory at dinner time.

What is the booking procedure and the cancellation policy?
The written booking confirmation must be completed by a guarantee deposit of one night that may be payed by credit card or cheque. In case of residence reservations the deposit will be of one week. This deposit will be refunded only if the cancellation will arive to the hotel at least 14 days before the forecasted arrival date for hotel reservations, and 30 days before arrival for residence reservations. Is it possible to add a third and a fourth bed in your rooms?
Yes, it is possible to add a third bed in the "Deluxe Double" rooms, and also a fourth bed in the "Executive Double" and "Senior Suites" rooms.
Do residence lodged customers have access to the hotel services?
Yes they do. All residence customers have access to hotel services
such as the bars, restaurants, swimming pools, and Beauty Farm.
Which forms of payment are accepted?
It is possible to pay by credit card (VISA - MC - AMEX - DINERS), cash, and/or traveller's cheques.
