Celebrate Easter in our gourmet restaurant with a 8-course menu overlooking the lake and enjoying the magic atmosphere of the weekend.

Guests staying at the hotel, will receive an Easter-themed gift in their room.

• Pasqualina cake with quail eggs and caviar
• Cooked and raw Atlantic carabineros with coral mayonnaise and seaweed tempura
• Homemade ravioli filled with buffalo ricotta cheese, pumpkin puree, fondant leeks and Perigord truffle
• Sole with ragout of sea snails and miller's sauce
• De Viscio farmhouse kid cooked in the oven, sweetbreads glazed with Maître d‘hotel’s butter and mint clarified infusion
• Strawberry buttons with Verbena’s scent and borage flowers
• Egg surprise
• Homemade Colomba with sauces
