Celebrate Easter in our Michelin-starred restaurant with a 7-course lunch overlooking the lake and enjoying the magic atmosphere of the weekend.

Guests staying at the hotel, will receive an Easter-themed gift in their room.

  • Fondant egg with black cabbage salad and tuna bottarga
  • Homemade spaghetti flavored with Cambodian white pepper, fava beans, leek and goat-cheese ricotta cream
  • Pike perch, rice cream with champagne and caviar
  • Kid from “Deviscio-farm” cooked in two ways with artichokes, sautéed potatoes with black olives
  • Mango sorbet with orange mousse
  • All lemon with strawberries and its infusion
  • Homemade “Colomba-cake” with chocolate and vanilla sauce
