The Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni has always paid great attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms and open spaces, we believe it is an indispensable practice in a luxury environment.

Please find below some detailed information regarding our COVID-19 prevention initiatives

Your health and safety: Your wellbeing is our absolute priority, and we want you to enjoy your vacation in total tranquillity. The European green pass is currently mandatory to access the Grand Hotel. Each guest will receive a face mask located in their room or suite. Other sanitizing products are available under request. Only when legally required, will we allow our security teams to conduct non-invasive temperature checks utilizing a thermal camera. 

Our staff’s health and safety: Employees are vaccinated and are receiving regular training on new standards regarding COVID-19 safety protocols. The body temperature of every single staff member is measured before entering the hotel ground. In case of high body temperature or any sign of COVID-19 symptoms should appear, the staff member will not be allowed to enter the hotel ground and the local doctor will be advised. 

Public spaces: The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing at the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni is a standard procedure which due to the Covid-19 has been increased. Contactless hand sanitizer dispensers are available throughout the hotel. To ensure social distancing, we are reducing the limit of non-in-house guests allowed to enter our bars, restaurants, pools, and Spa. 

Rooms and Suites: Our housekeeping standards have always been very high. All bed linen and laundry are changed daily and washed at a high temperature. We are using a completely new and specific purifying machine made especially for the killing of COVID-19 which we will use on every departure and pre-arrival. Fresh air exchange will be maximized as possible. 

Medical support: Any medical support required will be provided in line with government regulations. PCR and rapid tests can be made on request. Our employees have clear instructions on reporting any possible cases of COVID-19 to senior managers and external authorities as required.
